The Moderator is not a leader, but a neutral party. They have no authority outside of breaking ties and getting the council back on focus. A moderator cannot vote in the Council, except to break a tie, nor may they formally address the Council, except with the Council's permission. In debate and conversation, they are to be considered much as the Truthcatcher in terms of moderating who speaks and for how long.

Candidates may make a single post promoting their qualifications, relevant stances and anything else they believe will influence others to vote on their behalf. Comments regarding other candidates will be removed.
