Nightmares Flaw

Postby The Medusae » Mon Dec 04, 2017 6:10 pm

If you took the Nightmares flaw, please (a) remember to make your rolls and (b) track the results in a thread in your character forum.

At the top of the first new scene you run on a given day, make a WP roll (difficulty 7). If you succeed, nothing happens. If you fail, you had nightmares the previous night and are at -1 die for all rolls that take place in scenes which occur on that day (in character time, not OOC time).

On a related note, this is why it's important to be clear about your scene dates!

Do we need to do this for purely social scenes with no rolling, too?

Since that covers most of the scenes taking place in game, I'd say yes. After all, having not slept due to horrible dreams can always impact your social interactions too!

Fair enough! I haven’t been doing this because I wasn’t sure until now how it worked. Should I go through any of Snow’s current threads and do rolls?

No need to backdate; just moving forward is fine.
